Home School Classes (Ages 4 & up)
Our Home School is designed to improve the health and fitness of your child. We recognize the need for the home schooled children to fulfill their Physical Education requirements. Our home school classes are offered during the early hours to accommodate the home school parent’s needs.

Free to be Me
(This class is specifically for Special needs children)
A lightly structured class where the parent assist their child with plenty of "free" time. The class is led by an instructor who guides the parents on how to use the gymnastics equipment safely and effectively. It is our hope that each child and parent leave with a smile and a sense of new growth as the children continue to learn and have fun.

Cheernastics (Ages 4-6)
This is an introductory class for the novice Cheerleader. This class will concentrate on Tumbling skills such as Cartwheels, Handstands, Round-offs and Splits. We will also be introducing some basic cheers. This is a great class for you future Cheerleader.

Rising Stars (5 & 6 year old Intermediate/Advanced)
This is an invitation only class designed for the student with at least two consecutive years of instruction and is ready for a slightly more advanced curriculum.

Intro to 1st Dimension
(Ages 4-6)
This class is designed for our students who are currently in the preschool program and are almost ready to move into our 1st Dimension after school program. Our lesson plans will help our students make a smooth transition into the Dimensions program with ease and confidence. We will introduce these students to a modified 1st Dimension curriculum which will contain slightly more advanced skills..

Blazing Stars
This is an invitation only class for 4 to 5 ½ year old gymnasts who show the potential to excel through our advanced gymnastics programs, such as Eclipse and Shooting Stars. This class focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and form.

Free for all Next Dimension Gym Members age 2-5 who are currently enrolled in a class. This is an Open Gym time to enjoy Connecticut’s largest and most exciting Gymnastics Center. Must be supervised by an adult at all times.
